George Biglin is no stranger to the therapy world. With more than 46 years of experience, he has helped hundreds of patients as a psychotherapist and psychodramatist.
While helping people in an individual setting is a passion of Mr. Biglin’s, he also offers corporate mental health training, and teaches other counselors how to utilize therapeutic techniques that are rooted in psychodrama and expressive art.
In 1987, George Biglin started a private practice in New York. In 2010, he expanded his practice to better serve and educate those in need.
He started out as a social worker in 1975 and held both clinical and management positions in the social work field. In 1986, he went into the field of employee assistance and has been actively involved to the present time.
He received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Iona College, his Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University, and taught psychodrama at Marymount Manhattan College until 2010.
Mr. Biglin is a certified employee assistance professional (C.E.A.P.) and a certified trainer, educator and practitioner (T.E.P.) of psychodrama and action techniques.
